Shipping: Orders usually ship the same day or next day. If, for some reason we run out of stock we'll do all we can to get your order shipped as soon as possible. In the event that your order will not ship within two business days of order placement we will contact you via email with an estimated ship date.
We've taken painstaking steps to make sure the shipping charges you pay are as close to the actual amount we pay UPS as possible. We do not charge a handling fee. If you have your own UPS account and would like freight charges billed directly to you or if you would like us to use another shipping method such as USPS or LTL carrier please email us at service@mopsplus.com or call us (877-791-6677) before you place your order and we'll make every effort to ship the way you choose. We may consolidate items in order to save boxes and to save freight.
Please remember that all UPS shipments require a signature upon delivery. If you are having an order ship to your home please be there to sign for it or be willing to go to your local UPS location to pick it up. If nobody is at your home during the day it might be a good idea to have the order ship to your place of business if that is possible.

You can also choose to process payments via PayPal. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You do not need a PayPal account to place your order, you simply need to enter your payment information.
We also accept Purchase Orders from our business customers with approved credit. To apply for credit please email us at service@mopsplus.com. We will reply with a credit application. We will
notify you when your company has credit approval.
Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we will refund your payment for any unused products less shipping charges on your original shipment and the shipping charges back to our warehouse. Refunds for used products will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
